  • Candidate Selection and Interviews

    When you have made your candidate selection, we will arrange for all telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings.

  • Meeting Debrief

    After all meetings, Morgan Sourcing will debrief, consult with and advise on candidate feedback, both positive and negative, and any objections or problems that might prove to be stumbling blocks along the way.

  • Reference Checking

    Morgan Sourcing will do in-depth written reference checks on all candidates who meet your criteria, and will fax or mail them to your organization as soon as completed with appropriate contact information upon request.

  • Negotiating and Hire

  • Candidate Resignation
